Our Coffee
Every bean we serve is roasted by Ghost Town Coffee Roasters in Bozeman, Montana. We don't roast our own — we found people who do it better and partnered with them.
Ghost Town Coffee Roasters
Ghost Town is a specialty roaster in Bozeman that sources beans from Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Rwanda, and Sumatra. They take the journey from farm to cup seriously — and they're always testing new blends and seasonal releases.
When Brett Wiensch was building 1889, Ghost Town created a custom blend just for us. That became the 1889 Signature Blend — and it's been our house coffee ever since.

Two Blends. One Standard.
1889 Signature Blend
Black Cherry · Grapefruit · Toasted Marshmallow · Chestnut
Three varieties blended for a full-flavored, medium-bodied cup. This is what's in the drip pot every morning.
Stonehouse Espresso
Blueberry · Apricot · Caramel · Toffee
Hits the tongue with blueberry and apricot, finishes with lingering chocolate sweetness. Works as a straight shot or in a latte — we use it for both.

Nitro Cold Brew on Tap
We steep ground coffee in cold water for an extended period, then store it in kegs until it's ready. Pull the tap handle and nitrogen meets cold brew through a stout faucet — delivering a cold, foamy pour unlike anything from a drip machine.
If you haven't tried it, you should.
Signature Drinks
Glacier Frappe
Nitro cold brew blended with your choice of gelato. Named for the park, built for a Montana summer.
Yellowstone
Orange juice and vanilla bean gelato. Not coffee — but you'll understand when you try it.
London Fog
Earl Grey tea with vanilla syrup and honey, topped with steamed half-and-half.
Beyond the Beans
Chai tea, hot chocolate, flavored steamers, Italian sodas, real fruit smoothies, and frappes. There's something here even if coffee isn't your thing.
